Restorative Yoga

Restorative is a beautifully relaxing and healing practice. By holding supported postures for long periods of time, sometimes 20 minutes, you are able to surrender into the shape, creating peace in your body and mind and complete relaxation without falling asleep.

Yin

Yin Yoga is a deeply relaxing, yet invigorating practice that balances the Yang aspect of our lifestyle, helping to create a balanced approach to our physical and mental health. Shapes are held from 2 to sometimes 10 minutes, allowing us to cultivate inner stillness.

Vin Yin

Vin Yin is a beautiful marriage of Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. The first half of the practice invigorates the body, while the second part allows for a sense of peace and total relaxation.

Slow Vinyasa Flow

Perfect for those seeking a gentle, slower-paced class. Sequences focus on strength, balance, and flexibility, combining twists, inversions, gentle backbends and forward folds and standing postures. All of which are thoughtfully sewn together creating a beautiful flow of breath and movement.
