About Sarah

My journey started in 2010 when I discovered Bikram Yoga and was instantly hooked.

My love for the practice strengthened over the years, so much so that I had to share my passion and the wonderful, healing practice with others. In 2019 I completed the 500hr Raja Therapeutic Core 26+2 (Bikram Method) training, fulfilling a long-term dream in becoming a Yoga Teacher.

My other love is Yin Yoga, and I undertook a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified training for this, as well as Restorative, Vinyasa, Hatha and meditation, in early 2019.  With an additional 50 hours Yoga Alliance certified training in 2021.

In 2020 I successfully completed a 30hr Yoga Alliance certified course in Yoga Nidra, followed by 15 hrs Yoga Nidra Level 2 and 7 hrs Yoga Nidra Script Writing in March 2023.

I also qualified to teach Yoga to children, with 40 hours Teaching Yoga to Children completed in March 2023, certified by Susannah Hoffman/TriYoga, London.

I have a versatile approach to teaching, ranging from a light-hearted, gentle Yin, to a fast-paced and energetic 26+2.

I have travelled extensively, practicing yoga around the world, and connecting with some exceptional human beings. I have had the privilege of taking various styles of yoga classes with some incredibly inspiring and talented teachers, enabling me to pass on this deep learning to my students.

Special thanks to the Raja Yoga Academy, Jess Rose & Leah Sugarman, and Jennie Wadsten & Melanie Cooper for gifting me the power to teach and helping me to share the beauty of yoga with others.

You can find Sarah teaching in London, Brighton and online.

I always look to give love, warmth and kindness to every class, leaving you feeling supported, energised and fulfilled.
